Francesca La Rocca will be among the speakers of the webinar: Digital Influencers and Online Advertising: regulatory landscape and issues, which will be held by LIDC on Wednesday 14 September, from 3 pm CET.

Digital communication and the role of influencers will be the focus of Francesca presentation, which will include an overview of the Italian Sources of Law, the analysis of some recent reference cases for different industries and the guidelines for contracts between companies and influencers.

The programme will also include an interesting comparison with the US legislation and influencer marketing experiences, which will be presented by Ben Natter.

The webinar will be moderated by Felipe Barros Oquendo, Vice President of LIDC.
