Sena & Partners announces Elisabetta Berti Arnoaldi’s addition to the board of AIPPI Italia (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), one of the world’s leading associations dedicated to the protection and development of intellectual property. This new appointment, recently confirmed by President Simona Lavagnini, recognises Elisabetta’s professional career. For many years, she has been assisting companies and innovative organisations, alongside Sena & Partners, on intellectual property matters, with particular focus on the protection and enhancement of intangible assets in increasingly complex and international contexts.
AIPPI brings together professionals, academics and industry practitioners from over 100 countries, promoting the development and harmonisation of intellectual property legislation, as well as fostering multidisciplinary dialogue through working groups, events and research initiatives.
“I am delighted to join the Committee, which offers me the opportunity to be part of a stimulating and multidisciplinary environment, alongside outstanding colleagues, where I can share and further develop my own and our collective experience in the field of intellectual property”, comments Elisabetta Berti, partner at Sena & Partners. “From the very first meeting, interesting projects have emerged to which I will be happy to contribute.”
Joining her on the new Executive Committee – which will remain in office until 2029 – are Raffaella Arista, Antonio Bana, Valentina Bovo, Marco Fermanelli, Fabio Ghiretti, Maria Francesca Guardamagna, Francesca Morri, Odra Papaleo, Mario Pisapia, Adriano Sponzilli, Stefano Vatti, Andrea Vestita and Alessandro Spina. The new auditors are Lorenza Danzo, Ottavia Raffaelli and Leonardo Maria Seri.
